I found this dress at your store in Troy, AL but they didn’t
have my size, can you find this dress in size 12? It is by
Sweet Suit and is red with
white
trim.
The store manager can look up an item and if a store in her
area has that merchandise she can call or fax them to check
the sizes that are available. The store manager
can let you know which store has your size and you can go by and pick it
up in some cases she may be able to get it into her store
but the store manager
will let you know what she can do.
Can I buy on line?
No, we do not take any orders on line. Our merchandise can
be purchased at our store locations only.
I found a blouse in the Guntersville, AL store and it is pink
but I would like it in lime green can I get it in lime green?
The store manager can look this up and if comes in another color she can tell
you which store has that color. Unfortunately we can not always pick and
choose colors when ordering merchandise and the colors that are in the stores
are all that are available.
I live in Gadsden, Al and Factory Connection does not have a store in my town
