The Factory Connection first opened its doors in 1976 in Guntersville, Alabama. The company was founded by Terry Scott and Kenny Littleton, who remain active in its management and daily operations.

Factory Connection operates more than 240 stores in 12 states throughout the South and Southeast, with aggressive long-term expansion plans. We currently serve markets in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia, with expansion into bordering states in the near future. Major expansions include developing new markets, relocating selected existing stores to more dynamic locations, and expanding existing stores to accommodate sales growth potential.
