Because we ship new merchandise frequently – sometimes based on special limited-quantity purchases – our customers know the more they shop, the more they'll find! Our History
Factory Connection began in 1976 as one store with approximately 1,000 square feet in downtown Guntersville, Alabama.
Founded by the late Terry Scott (1948-2016) and Kenny Littleton, the family-owned company has grown into a regional retail leader with nearly 300 stores across 16 states, and more than one million square feet of store space. Today the business is led by President and CEO Steve Williams, along with an experienced team of professionals including executive managers, merchandisers, buyers, operations and regional managers, and store personnel.
We serve markets in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia, with expansion states identified for future growth. Factory Connection supports its network of stores from a state-of-the-art distribution center located at the Guntersville corporate headquarters.
